Rosewood & Flame is a UK-based online candle store. All orders are processed and shipped within the United Kingdom only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom, including:
• England
• Scotland
• Wales
• Northern Ireland
Orders outside the UK are not accepted at this time.

Order Processing
All candles are carefully prepared and packed after an order is placed.
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During busy periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Delivery Time
Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier, destination, and operational conditions.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.
From time to time, Rosewood & Flame may offer free UK delivery promotions, which will be clearly advertised on our website.

Order Confirmation & Tracking
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Where available, tracking information will be provided.

Incorrect Delivery Addresses
Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate at checkout.
Rosewood & Flame cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.

Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us at:

Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the damaged item
• Photographs of the outer packaging
Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Responsibility for goods transfers to the customer once the order has been successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout.
